Our volunteers play pivotal roles in various aspects of the club's operations. From committee roles that involve decision-making and strategic planning to hands-on game day operations, there's a position for every skill set and interest. On game days, our volunteers are the backbone of the club, managing everything from field setup and coordination to ensuring all matches run smoothly. Beyond these, volunteers also support numerous club events, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community spirit. Coaching Roles
Our kids can't play without coaches! We love our volunteers at Pacific Palms and are always looking for enthusiastic coaches. No experience or qualifications are required and there is opportunity for coach development and education throughout the season. Our club has a Coaching Coordinator to assist with all things coaching!

Match Day Volunteers
There are many moving parts on a match day at the palms! We are always looking for volunteers to assist with the running of the canteen and BBQ.
